On January 10, 1999 the Artist Scott C. Durkin received his test results. Durkin's number of
correct responses was 55 "In today's late contemporary American society Artists and Lawyers possess many of the same professional qualities and skills. Usually and equal amount of education, an aptitude for critical and logical thinking, and analytical reasoning are commonalties in both Artists and Lawyers professional approaches. These qualities, in addition to case research and presentation, all lend themselves to this comparison. The difference in monetary compensation and professional respect (or authority) is one place where the similarities divide. These ideas were the impetus for the Legal Scholastic Aptitude Test Event."
