The Franklin Furnace Archive Inc. Alumn Art Sale was conducted from Monday, May 2, 2005 through Saturday, May 7, 2005 at the Marian Goodman Gallery, 24 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019. 50 % of the value of works that are sold after the public exhibition will benefit Franklin Furnace for one year, until May 1, 2006.

Art will be purchased by the first person to deliver payment to Franklin Furnace. Checks, made payable to Franklin Furnace Archive, Inc., may be delivered to Franklin Furnace headquarters, 80 Hanson Place #301, Brooklyn, NY 11217, telephone 718.398.7255. Please indicate the particular work purchased on the memo line of your check. Sales will become final when checks clear. A waiting list will be maintained on a first-come, first served basis for each work. Franklin Furnace can help arrange shipping; however, shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Remittances are generally not tax deductible. Franklin Furnace does not represent the artist of the work and disclaims any and all representations or warranties concerning the art, including warranties of authenticity, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
